Things you can do at home!

There are several things you can do at home to further your progress with neurofeedback. A few of them are listed on this page, so just ask me about them if you're interested. I may have an Alpha-Stim module in the office that you can rent for a small fee, and I may be able to let you try out some of the comuter-based systems in the office.

Information for Current Clients

Below you will find some forms used in my practice. Feel free to download them as needed.

  • Current Symptom Report - Used to report changes in symptoms. Typically I'll give you this at the office, but sometimes you may want to bring one in already filled out.

In addition to neurofeedback there are other biofeedback and similar types of techniques that are often employed by neurotherapists. Below you'll find some information about additional techniques that you may want to investigate. Just ask me about them, and I can help.

  • Alpha-Stim SCS module - This is known for its effectiveness in reducing anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
  • HeartMath Freeze Framer Interactive Learning System is used to reduce stress and promote relaxation
  • The Wild Divine is a computer game to help you calm your body and mind. It uses finger clips to read your stress level and heart rate. The graphics and music are amazing. The game has a very "Eastern" feel to it, but it is not religiously based.
